My hope is to walk along beside you as you identify some of your unhealthy patterns; help you establish realistic goals; and implement healthy change in a way that doesn’t feel daunting. I have seven years experience working with individuals from all backgrounds with varying concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, strained family dynamics, and unhealthy boundaries.
