I have spent the majority of my professional career in a military environment and consider it an honor to have helped individuals with significant trauma, depression, anxiety, and overall life stress. The integration of physical and behavioral health is the epitome of why I entered the mental health field. My approach helps bridge a gap that isn't often addressed in healing. I also strongly believe that financial hardships should not be a barrier to access mental health. Therefore, if this is something that prevents making an appointment, let's have a conversation.
