I’m an EMDR and Sleep therapist in Rockville, MD who helps adults heal from sexual abuse, childhood trauma, insomnia, chronic nightmares, and low self-worth. Many of my clients appear successful on the outside but feel empty or “not enough” inside. It’s time to move from exhaustion and self-doubt toward real relief and self-trust.
