I work with a person centered, trauma focused approach to assist with building a working relationship with clients to allow them to understand their own needs and goals. From there we work to develop coping skills that can assist you with addressing your own anxiety or depression. I understand the each individual is different and therefore there is not a one size fits all approach. I work to meet you were you are and work with you to move past trauma to a more productive, happy future.
