My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, direct, and unconditionally caring. I utilize a person-centered approach incorporating trauma-informed principles and a harm-reduction lens. I seek to foster brave spaces for deep transformation to take place, where laughter and tears are welcomed to flow freely. Some therapeutic modalities that I incorporate include polyvagal theory, EMDR, attachment theory, and somatic-based processing. These theories are guideposts of my clinical judgment, but ultimately I recognize you as the expert of your own lived experience.
