I am honored to sit with you on your journey toward wholeness. I will provide an environment where you can exhale, and sift through the internal knots you are experiencing. I commit to providing a nonjudgmental and compassionate presence. Whether we go back into past events or work on the present, it is my privilege to accompany and guide you in this pursuit of self awareness. I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, self-esteem/spiritual issues, personal growth issues and life-stage transitions.
