Hello and Welcome! Currently offering Telehealth, in-person (office) and in-community sessions for MaineCare clients, I specialize in techniques that focus on the health of the relationships between people. I utilize CBT, SFBT, Relational and Narrative Therapy; where you are the expert of your life and together we reframe difficult or troubling experiences. The practice of relational therapy views the mental health of an individual as often being based on, or at least greatly affected by the quality of relationships (family, romantic, friendship, colleagues, neighbors, etc.) in a person's life.
