I am available to treat adults of any and all race, and religious ideology. There is no ideal client per say. I seek to work with individuals who are struggling and are looking to get a handle on their daily life and mental wellbeing. I hope each client will bring a level of commitment to therapy and a desire to work on their stated goals through the use of coping skills, and different types of therapeutic interventions, which will be taught and discussed to allow the client to attain their goals.
