I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - Supervisor, Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider, and Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. I specialize in providing trauma-informed, individualized, neurodivergent-, LGBTQ+-, kink-, and ENM-affirming services to adults in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. I have experience working with individuals on a range of mental health issues (including anxiety, depression, stress/burnout, and trauma) and interpersonal, work, and education-related issues. While I specialize in counseling the neurodivergent community, I am comfortable working with all neurotypes. I do not treat neurodivergence as a disease to be treated. Like everyone else, neurodivergent individuals need care that fits them. I believe that combining psychoeducation and modified traditional psychotherapy techniques helps normalize and validate people's experiences, as well as help them achieve their particular goals.
