I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults in trauma, grief, parenting, couples and family therapy in outpatient and intensive outpatient settings. I specialize in working with clients in overcoming trauma and life adjustment, utilizing cognitive approaches including CBT, DBT and trauma processing with EMDR. I also have training in perinatal mood disorders, Sand Tray therapy and other modalities. I believe strongly in working collaboratively with the individual to establish clear goals to develop and validate the individual's intuitive perception
