Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my practice. By creating a space of curiosity and non-judgment, I seek to develop strong relationships with my patients and work along side them to navigate difficult times. My practice is collaborative and relational with a balance between skill-building that relies on a cognitive behavioral approach and strong attention to the therapeutic relationship.
