My name is Erin Pelham and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Missoula, MT working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with older adolescents/adults and specialize in anxiety, trauma, adjustment/stress-related issues, and interpersonal issues. The type of therapy that I use is based on your individual needs but I often use strategies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy.
