Being human in modern society is challenging. As we go through life, we often learn to disconnect from our intuition, leading us to feel frustrated, unsure, and lost about our own desires and abilities.I work with both adolescents and adults who struggle with trauma and CPTSD, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, a lack of purpose, difficulties in relationships, and low self-esteem. It often feels overwhelming to tackle these issues, and having another human hold space for you to unpack and explore your experiences can help you to reconnect with your true self and your highest potential.
