I enjoy working with an array of adult and teen clients on varied issues, ranging from anxiety to depression to relational issues. My focus is assisting those impacted by substance use and co-occurring disorders, with a special place in my heart for mothers and/or professional women impacted by these challenges, as I feel there is great need for compassionate care within these realms. Clients might be at varied stages or readiness of change, thus I strive to be of assistance to anyone that is at a place of wanting options and/or seeking help, without having to take on this journey alone.
