Life can be a soul-stretching journey. If you’re feeling alone, discouraged, hopeless, or unseen please know that you matter and are worthy of compassionate support. My own experiences have led me to passionately pursue creating a non-judgmental space where you can vulnerably share your struggles knowing you will be met with empathy and gentle care. I assist teens and adults with life transitions, OCD, eating disorders, and addressing trauma through somatic work and evidence-based practices to restore a sense of safety and inner peace.
