Guidance to organize our thoughts, challenge limiting beliefs, heal past traumas, and become empowered to live as our most authentic selves. The first step is finding a partner on this journey. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, to include Attachment Theory, Motivational Interviewing and CBT, a form of talk therapy that helps you see how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected.
