The clients I tend to meet in sessions are persons ranging in age from 18 years and older, their identified mental health issues are intrapersonal, interpersonal, and addictive challenges. At times clients mentioned a history of affective, cognitive, communicational, behavioral problems, and a struggle with substance abuse history. These clients seek help to improve their marriages, relationships, social lives, and overall mental functionality. Most of my client's goals are to learn coping skills to improve their lives and return to normal functionality.
