After retiring from the United States Air Force in 2004, I earned my Masters Degree in Professional Counseling to continue a lifetime of service. My post degree training consists of becoming a Certified Cognitive Behavior Therapist by the Beck Institute and a Level 3 approved provider of The Gottman Method Couple Therapy through the Gottman Institute. I am also trained in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy by the Ellis Institute; Traumatic Incident Reduction by the Metaphysical Society; Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing by EMDRIA approved EMDR Consulting.
