I began counseling and mentoring in 1991 as a volunteer in a residential treatment center for teens. Since then, I have worked with lots of folks, through both struggle and triumph, to help them progress toward their fullest potential. My work as a group counselor in outpatient and residential treatment centers greatly influenced my current work as a psychotherapist in private practice. I use an evidence-based, integrative approach to understand your unique personal, subjective experience while supporting your journey toward mental and emotional health.
