With graduate-level training and experience supporting children, families, and adults facing a variety of challenges, I specialize in helping college students and adults navigate grief, life transitions, relationships, boundary-setting and differentiating from family of origin. As a therapist and person of color, I’m especially attuned to the unique cultural stressors many individuals face, particularly within the Latino community. I understand the complexities of balancing cultural expectations with personal identity, and provide a safe, supportive space for clients to explore these challenges without judgment.
