Hi, My name is Christopher, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have 15 years of experience in working with clients of all ages and diverse backgrounds. I am trained in offering both directive and non-directive approaches to therapy, and I am well-versed in CBT, Client-Centered, & Solution-Focused therapy modalities. I work best with clients who are able to commit to doing the work to change the things which hinder their happiness as well as learn effective ways to cope with things that cannot be changed. I also have specialized education and training which qualifies me to work with children and adolescents.
