I am a Clinically Certified Trauma Professional who is trained in EMDR Therapy. EMDR is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing used for Trauma to include PTSD and ASD. My focus is on Veterans, First Responders, and those struggling with the effects of a traumatic incident in their life. I lean on Psychoeducation therapy to teach those struggling with trauma what could happen to one's mental, emotional, and spiritual stability which could hinder our recovery. For many First Responders and Veterans, we have fought or are fighting monsters daily, but run from the ghosts that were created by engaging with those monsters.
