I provide counseling to teens, adults, couples and families in Idaho and Washington. If you are looking to learn about your mental health and find a safe space to heal and improve your overall wellness, you are in the right place. I enjoy working with trauma, depression, anxiety, and stress. I offer telehealth counseling, using confidential video calling to provide you with counseling from the comfort of your own space. Life coaching services are available upon request. I have been in the mental health field providing counseling services since 2012. I have specific training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I offer individual and family counseling whether you have a mental illness or just some extra stress.
