I have been working as a therapist for 5 years. I have worked with clients from the ages of 6 to young adults. I have experience working both in the clinical and school setting as well as through Telehealth. My specialties include working with clients experiencing anxiety, self-esteem issues, depression, and trauma. I like communicating with a calm demeanor and tone to make my patients comfortable. I also practice active listening to make my patients feel understood. Bringing some humor into sessions also helps patients feel comfortable and at ease.
