I am passionate about coming alongside you to help reach your goals! I am honored to be a part of each client’s process for healing and change, and value addressing whatever needs and goals are specific to you. I have been working as a mental health counselor for over ten years, and my favorite part of the job is seeing the resilience and transformation process with each of my clients. I have experience working with individuals of all ages, families, and couples with a variety of concerns including anxiety, addiction, depression, relationship concerns, and trauma. Our first session is spent getting to know you and why you are seeking services. It is a relaxed conversation about your goals and current difficulties. This is also the time where you can ask me questions about what to expect, my approach, and my experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
