Whether you have experienced the agony of a significant Trauma or the hidden devastation of prolonged emotional trauma, these experiences can lead to fractures in a person's sense of self, adaptive capacity and inner cohesion, often resulting in anxiety, depression, somatic disorders, self-esteem difficulties and interpersonal struggles. Using a blend of different perspectives with empathy and understanding, I aim to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship and create a holding space to process painful experiences, deepen insight into thoughts and feelings, and build connections with the felt sense in the body. I have an integrative approach looking to use the "here-and-now" to access the "there-and-then" & utilize experiential modalities like AEDP, IFS & Somatic Experiencing. I aim to help the client tap into their natural inclination toward healing, foster the body's innate resiliency & transform the individual's inherent capacity for survival into vitality.
