I work with individuals and families who are motivated to grow, heal, and better understand themselves. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client-centered, with an emphasis on empowerment, self-reflection, and aligning personal goals with individual values. I believe therapy is most effective when it honors each person’s lived experience, strengths, and unique path forward. I enjoy working with children and adolescents, recognizing the importance of early support and intervention. I also work with adults facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, neurodiversity, and life transitions.
