How do we truly begin to live the lives we want? I believe in everyone's ability to heal and grow. I use a warm and empathic approach to help build a supportive and collaborative therapy environment. Trust, openness, and safety are critical elements of the therapeutic relationship and important values of mine. I respect and honor each person's knowledge of their own life and their right to determine what they need. My approach to current struggles involves taking an honest and in-depth look at how the past influences the present.
