My name is Ethan Sincoff and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Jacksonville, Florida, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adolescents, adults, families, and couples, and specialize in anxiety, stress, depression, various issues such as self-esteem, adjusting to change, grief/loss, and trauma. I decided to become a therapist because I have always wanted to help people. I have always naturally been drawn to helping people through difficult times. I enjoy seeing individuals become the best versions of themselves. I believe in the spirit of the underdog and never giving up.
