At times life’s struggles can lead to a need to adjust to things thrown your way unexpectedly. When feelings of anxiety, sadness or adjustments become overwhelming, we may benefit from an objective partner to help us think things through and sort out our choices. I specialize in working with Black, BIPOC, African American teens and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, chronic health concerns, work related issues and life transitions.
