My goal is to help you live a freer and more meaningful, vital and fulfilling life. I provide effective heart-centered therapy to help you learn new skills to move in the direction you want in your life. I work in a collaborative partnership. Anxiety, depression, and just feeling not good enough are some of the issues I work on, as well as clients finding their way through life transitions or wanting more aliveness in their lives. I draw on what works from my extensive experience and training. I specialize in Somatic modalities and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which is an evidenced therapy.
