English | 한국어 I approach therapy with the belief that every person holds the innate capacity to heal and grow. I offer a supportive, empathetic space where we can work together using evidence-based interventions to help you reconnect with your strengths and move towards recovery and change. As a 1.5 generation immigrant who has lived, studied, and worked across multiple countries, I bring my personal understanding of the challenges and trauma of immigration, identity struggles, and ongoing search for belonging to shape my therapy. Hanul Counseling Center has been providing mental and behavioral health counseling services to the Chicagoland community since 2018. Our clinically trained counselors at Hanul are bilingual and bicultural. We offer individual, couple, family, and group counseling in both English and Korean.
