About
As a therapist with Root & Rise Collective, I work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking deeper connection, healing, and understanding, often during seasons of transition, relational strain, or emotional overwhelm. You may feel disconnected from yourself or others, navigating trauma or grief, questioning identity, or longing for relationships that feel safer and more secure. Many of my clients come to therapy wanting to feel more embodied, regulated, and aligned in their lives, but aren’t sure how to get there on their own. My approach to therapy is rooted in attachment and polyvagal theory, with a strong emphasis on somatic awareness and relational healing. I do not believe therapy is one-size-fits-all. Instead, I apply an integrative lens to support clients navigating trauma, grief, relationship challenges, neurodivergence, and the wide spectrum of mental health experiences.
