I am a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental therapist providing individual therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. I strive to create a safe, grounding, and trauma-informed space where clients feel seen, supported, and able to show up authentically. I believe people are the experts in their own lives and hold innate strengths and the capacity for healing and growth. My role is to collaborate with clients as a supportive guide, helping them build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
