Every parent child relationship is unique and I have a unique skill set to support families with children age 8 and younger. I offer individualized therapeutic support for all families in any stage of their journey including: expecting, post-partum, and those in the throes of navigating their little ones' big feelings and behaviors. Parenthood can be a source of great delight as well as bring up past traumas, anxiety, and depression. I offer support and expertise to navigate these challenges. I am licensed in CO and NY, and I offer remote therapy in both states, with an in-person option in CO.
