As an integrative psychotherapist, I have an engaged, relational approach grounded in trauma, attachment, neuroscience, EMDR, mindfulness, social justice, and climate-aware counseling. In working with you I am direct and proactive with the goal to create an environment in which you can become who you truly are. Our work together includes looking at your personal, family and cultural history, and the beliefs you hold about yourself and the world. We also may incorporate your dreams, memories or paying attention to the language expressed in your body.
