I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationships, identity, and life transitions. In therapy, I create a space that feels grounding and human, where you can finally exhale, reflect, and start to feel more like yourself again. Together, we’ll make sense of what feels heavy and build the confidence and self-trust to move forward with clarity and compassion.
