I specialize in working with men, and those curious about therapy but maybe hesitant to try. I also specialize in working with women who are more comfortable with a male therapist. Men especially have been taught to bury their feelings and power through tough times. That therapy is for weak people. This has left so many men feeling stressed, misunderstood, angry, and left to manage their inner pain in silence. Nobody taught us how to feel and express our feelings in a healthy way, leaving us to navigate a challenging world without crucial skills. My goal is to provide a judgement-free space to learn and grow in a relaxed setting
