Healing from trauma takes courage—but you don’t have to do it alone. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting both adults and children who have faced trauma, domestic violence, housing instability, or thoughts of suicide. My work began at a domestic violence shelter, where I helped individuals and families rebuild their lives after making the courageous decision to seek safety. Those early experiences continue to shape the heart of my practice today.
