Hello, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the Bay Area in California. I received my MA in counseling psychology in 2018 and have been providing therapy since 2017. I am holistically trained and have an orientation towards alternative medicine, mind/body, and natural/traditional healing. I focus primarily on adults dealing with a variety of issues: men's (I have done additional research on men's issues) and women's issues, depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress management, interpersonal skills/relationships, healing unresolved trauma, and others. In our first session, it's important for us to develop a connection. I seek to help clients feel safe, heard, understood, accepted, and seen. As sessions progress, it's helpful for me to learn more about you. We may start with your history, or we may focus more on what is happening in your life right now.
