I believe in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship to help thaw the frozen places, meet what feels unmeetable, return to ground after crisis, and support deeper connection with self, community, and the life you want. I work with clients holistically, focusing on embodiment and supporting both diving into the depths and stabilizing in the day-to-day. My approach is collaborative and client-centered. First working to build safety and trust in our relationship, I support clients to come into deeper contact with themselves, their emotions, their sense of connection and meaning, and a sense of possibility. I center an understanding of how trauma and grief (personal, cultural, systemic) impact the nervous system, basic functioning, relationships, and feelings of aliveness; both in individuals and over generations. I am passionate about the ways that creativity, humor, and connection can help us heal and open new pathways.
