I provide both virtual and in person sessions. My practice is built on the belief that anxiety, conflict and self doubt do not have to be an all encompassing part of anyone’s everyday life. My passion is to work with teens, couples, individual adults, and families. I utilize a cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, strength-based, solution-focused and culturally sensitive approach to counseling. I believe taking part in therapy is courageous and shows a willingness to grow and make positive change. I am continually impressed by the resilience of my clients and consider it my privilege to provide therapy.
