We are often met with situations in our lives where we may feel lost, depressed, confused or out of control. My focus with clients is to support their journey in finding the inner and outer gifts they possess so that individuals can embrace who they are at the given moment and be able to live their lives through self and soul. Using a client centered approach, clients can begin to discover and witness their ability to be resilient by learning how to navigate through their social, emotional, spiritual and cultural understanding of who they are.
