What do we all have in common? We all have the need to feel seen and understood. When you’re anxious, depressed, or just plain stressed it can be hard to find people who accept you as you are. Sometimes that leads to discouragement, isolation, or feeling overwhelmed. However, when you do have a safe place to connect and be yourself it can be the start of an amazing journey. From there you can begin to see life more clearly, identifying the things holding you back as well as the parts of life you want to enhance or explore.
