Accepting new clients, ages 13+. As a passionate Licensed Mental Health Clinician, I help individuals engage in some of life’s most difficult conversations. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults while addressing a range of challenges, including “big feelings,” burnout, grief and loss, traumatic events, and life transitions. I am trained in Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Strengths-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Play Therapy. I believe in tailoring my methods to meet the unique needs of each client.
