I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, relationship distress, substance use and trauma. My professional experience and training comes from a variety of settings; as a clinician providing individual therapy and group therapy at one of Massachusetts’ leading IOP drug rehab programs; as a clinical manager at Berkshire County’s largest provider of behavioral health services; as an Interdisciplinary Behavioral Health Collaboration (IBHC) fellow providing integrated behavioral health services within rural and medically underserved areas in Western Massachusetts. My approach is person-centered and tailored to your unique goals and needs. We will work collaboratively to explore your experiences, feelings, and relationships. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, understood and empowered to make meaningful change.
