My purpose as a counselor is to do everything I can to help those who are struggling with life's many challenges. When things are difficult, we sometimes feel like we have to bear burdens and sort through problems alone. My goal is to help people understand that they do not have to do it alone, and together we can work through these problems and develop the skills and support system necessary to deal with life's difficulties in a healthy way. Anxiety and depression do not have to be a life-long burden. Together, we can work towards a brighter, more hopeful and confident future.
