I am John Paff, a retired Special Operations Service Member and Firefighter who now serves as a Christ-guided mental health counselor. I am licensed in Florida and Alaska specializing in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addictions. I use various approaches including CBT, EMDR, ART, and PAT to help individuals heal and grow. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can find hope, resilience, and lasting change.
