About
I am a somatic psychotherapist and clinical supervisor who has been in practice 15 years. I have extensive training and experience working with clients on trauma and attachment wounding, and neurodiversity, and the various mental/emotional/relational difficulties that can stem from these. I have a great passion and skill for working out patterns of oppression in the body. Aliveness, strength, laughter, kindness, humility… these are all qualities central to the work I do. Together we will create a therapeutic alliance and discover the true and beautiful health that exists within you! Couple and family sessions are self-pay only. Simply put, I work with patterns. In life we incur wounding. From the wounding our body helps us adapt for survival. These adaptations become patterns of thinking/feeling/behavior and obscure our understanding of our true self. I work with people to develop and anchor in the body, corrective experiences to address the core wounding perpetuating the patterns.
