Hi, my name is Fabiola PoweIl. I work with individuals living with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, communication difficulties, and parent-child conflicts. I believe that one of the key components to successful therapy is fostering a strong therapeutic alliance through having compassion, empathy and respect for my clients. I use a non-judgmental, strengths-based and client-centered approach. I believe that seeking therapy is an important decision that shows personal courage and vulnerability. My approach to therapy is integrative, collaborative, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
